Today marks the 30th anniversary of Eurostar services, with the first trains running on Monday, November 14th, 1994. The first departure from London was train 9010 from Waterloo International to Paris Gare Du Nord. Which arrived in Paris 2 minutes ahead of the scheduled arrival time. 30 years later, Eurostar has expanded its operations with direct services between London, Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam. With Cologne joining the Eurostar route map after the merger of Eurostar and Thalys was completed in 2023. This video was filmed over two days on November 12th and 13th, 2024.
