INGREDIENTS:
Butter 1 tsp
Garlic(chopped) 1 tsp
Salt To taste
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Fresh cream 2 tbs
Mushrooms(pieces) 1 cup
Coriander leaves(chopped) ½ tsp
METHOD:
1. Heat butter in a pan and add garlic and saute it.
2. Add mushrooms, white pepper powder, salt and saute it for 1-2 mins and switch off the flame.
3. In the end add fresh cream and mix thoroughly.
4. Now spread this mixture on the toast as shown in the video and serve it.
