Out of respect for the skateboarding icon and Ohio native himself, Chad Muska, we've been sitting on this one until Chad was healthy and back on both feet again.
We had arranged a private skate sesh with Tony Hawk at Shady Acres Farm in Cleveland, and Chad Muska showed up to Tony's surprise.
We have been filming skateboarding for 20+ years and figured that one day we would cross paths with its universal superstar, Tony Hawk. It happened in September 2022, and to make our first encounter even more meaningful, it was initiated by our Alma Mater Youngstown State University when they brought him to our home city of Youngstown, Ohio to speak about his incredible skateboarding career. Watching him in videos & TV during our youth was a huge motivator to progress our skateboarding, so it was a surreal moment getting to meet & film with one of our childhood heroes.
