Ungovern-Mental were a crust / hardcore punk band formed in Beloeil, Québec / Canada. The Only known release is this 7" Split with Disagree.
Disgree sound similar to Global Holocaust another Canadian DIY crust punk band from the same era. Great crusty split. Disagree don't disappoint, but I am disappointed they no longer exist and Ungovern-Mental didn't release anything else. Enjoy dis.
