Peter Oppenheimer, chief global equity strategist at Goldman Sachs, says most equity markets will rise by "modest double-digits" over the next year as concerns around a weaker economy and higher interest rates start to fade. "We will be looking at positive but lower index returns, and much more focus on alpha, much more differentiation beneath the index levels of equity markets within and across sectors," Oppenheimer said on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
