Want proof that Wing Chun works? Here's 4 minutes of it! Wing Chun is a very effective and scientific close quarter fighting art, but many people struggle in its application. This is partially due to studying under a lineage with a rigid view of the art's principles. The other part? Well, bad training drills.

Insert Roberto Duran. A hall of fame boxer and great champion renowned for his signature style of in-fighting. It's likely that Mr. Duran has never trained in Wing Chun at all, but when you look closely at his method of close range boxing it is clear that the principles and foundations are eerily similar. Here the "King of Talking Hands" meets "The Hands of Stone."
