This is Greg Mowry starring as Rusty in the Broadway Production of Starlight Express at the Gershwin Theater in New York City, singing "I Am the Starlight" with Steve Fowler as Poppa. This is the closing night and last performance of the show video taped from the lighting booth, January 8, 1989. You cannot see them in this video because it is so dark but there are thousands of little twinkling fiber optic lights throughout the entire stage to look like beautiful stars at night. It truly was a breath taking set design by Mr. John Napier. Enjoy!
