Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic voted in Belgrade on Wednesday (27/11) in an unscheduled third round of controversial municipal elections. There was a ninth straight day of mass demonstrations in the Serbian capital over the cancellation of earlier election results by courts he allegedly controls.
