Union finance minister Arun Jaitley on Friday said that Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill will be introduced in the Budget session of the Parliament. The Bill, which will include all major indirect taxes like excise duty and service tax at the Central level and value-added tax and local levies on the states front, was cleared by the Cabinet on Wednesday.
