The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) has expressed concern at the slow pace of works on the Kampala flyover phase one.
The concern, by the UNRA executive director, Allen Kagina, came as she inspected works, which she noted were 26% complete.
However, she noted that the slow pace was due to the Covid-19 lockdown, which saw contractors delayed in execution of works.
However, Kagina says she expects phase one works to be complete by the end of 2022.
