Eligibility Criteria:
The scholarship is targeted at Young students and adult learners to pursue studies at MQF Level 7 or MQF Level 8.
MFQ Stands for the Malta Qualifications Framework (MQF)
MQF Level 7= Master Studies
MQF Level 8= PhD Studies
Do not hold the same level of qualification.
Applicants should commence their studies between May 15, 2024, and April 30, 2025.
Note: If you already hold a Master’s degree then you are eligible to apply for the PhD, but not for another Master’s or lower-level postgraduate certificate or diploma.

Applicants who are already enrolled in a PhD degree program or the same level of PhD are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
