An explosion at a fuel depot in Nagorno-Karabakh has killed at least 20 people and injured hundreds as people seeking to flee to Armenia lined up for petrol.
The blast happened on Monday. Nearly 300 people have been injured and dozens are said to be critical. The cause of the blast is unknown.
