What is ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)?
A pleasant tingling sensation triggered by certain sounds, visuals, and situations. Comfort is a very common precondition, although a lot of people enjoy horror ASMR as well.
It starts at the back of your head, wanders down your back, and sometimes even down your arms.
Many people report having felt this sensation since childhood, others discover it way later and some people don't experience it at all, yet still watch & enjoy ASMR to wind down, relax, ease symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD and other conditions, to feel less alone or just simply for entertainment.
