Estate-grown fruit from the summit of Howell Mountain. We have mostly Clone 7 and Clone 4 Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Fully ripe wine with balanced acidity, soft tannins and a very rich mid-palate, associated with thoroughly ripe black-cherry Cabernet. This wine is very big, but the lively acidity makes your mouth water, balances the mouth-feel, and calls for a steak!
