Have you ever wanted to make a beautiful handmade item for someone but the thought of taking on such a BIG project felt overwhelming. Me too! When I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter I found whole cloth quilting and found a safe way to baste a quilt.
I ended up making 2 quilts (one for each daughter) because they as so fun to make!
In this video, I will walk you step by step through all the materials you will need and then show you how to use those materials to create a quilt you can gift or enjoy yourself. Here is a quick list of materials for your reference. This list is to make a baby sized quilt that measures approximately 32"x40"
a trusted sewing machine and quilting needle
1 yard whole cloth patchwork fabric (thousands of options are available at spoonflower.com)
1 1/4 yard coordinating fabric for the back of the quilt
1 yard of batting ( I love this brand: [ Ссылка ])
cotton thread
Elmers WASHABLE non toxic school glue (8oz size)
