Kekian udang ini sangat praktis untuk dibuat karena bisa disimpan di freezer dalam waktu yang cukup lama dan bisa dipakai untuk melengkapi berbagai masakan seperti bakmi goreng, cap jay goreng, bihun goreng, nasi goreng atau dimakan begitu saja dengan saos sambal.
Bahan-Bahan:
250g daging ayam cincang
150g udang dikupas
100g kulit ayam
2 telur
1 ons tepung tapioka
10 siung bawang putih
1 sdm bubuk kaldu
2 sdt merica
1 sdm gula
