I honestly don't know where to start - Adaptive resistance training [ARX] seems like a revolutionary way of training to me. I recently came across Fortis Fit Gym over by King Street Wharf in Sydney. These guys have invested in some state of the art gear which hacks the time spent doing traditional weight and cardio training.
ARX using motorised resistance instead of weight, hydraulic or elastic resistances. It's different to any other sort of resistance training you've probably tried. Results from the studies performed using adaptive resistance should have you reconsider how you train from this point onwards.

This is all still new to me, but it's got me excited. At the time of recording this video, I am still very much learning and experiencing this way of training. I encourage constructive feedback and would ask people to share in their experiences and results using ARX training.
