Recipe:
Wash, clean and chop Amaranth leaves.
Heat 50 ml oil in a saucepan.
Add 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds.
Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin/Jeera
Add 1/2 Tsp Coriander seeds
Add 1/4th Tsp Hing/Asoefotida
Add 1 chopped Green Chilli
Add 3 chopped Garlic cloves
Add 1 medium Onion chopped
Saute well till onions are translucent
Add in chopped Amaranth Leaves
Add salt to taste
Savour it with Roti/Naan
