This video shows the result of the Oracle Cloud Platform being used to modernise an existing business process. The specific process is complaints management, however the same concepts apply to most existing business processes which need to evolve to meet the modern customer and business requirements. Behind this customer journey video has been build an end-to-end Proof of Concept demonstrator including the SaaS applications, Service Cloud and Marketing (Eloqua) Cloud and the PaaS Services, PCS, DocCS, ICS, BICs, MCS, SOACS, DbCS and JCS.
