Sleeping with my Apple Watch has been great. After some growing pains of sleeping with it knowing that I had it on my wrist, I've overcome those things and the data that it has collected has given me a lot of useful information like sleep stages and other things like my heart rate and respiratory rate. If you're on the fence about sleeping with your watch, try it out and see if it works for you. I'm a big believer that sleep is important because we're supposed to do it for a third of our lives, so why would we not want to optimize something so important?
