This dua is to be read after reading the Fardh salah of Zohar, Maghrib and Isha Salaah. It is a short dua because you should read the remaining Sunnah and Nafl without delay.
Once you have completed your salah you may then read all your other wazaif and duas.
Also, after Fajr and Asar there is a more detailed dua which is read, and one should sit and make dua with lots of enthusiasm. Ask everything from Allah. Allah does not get tired listening to you.
