INGREDIENTS
Soaked almonds - 50 grams
Cashews - 2 tablespoons
Pistachios - 2 tablespoons
Saffron - 1/8 teaspoon
Green Cardamom - 2 pods
Turmeric - 1/8 teaspoon
Sugar - 50 grams
Hot milk - 300 milliliters
Almonds - for garnishing
Saffron - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 50 grams soaked almonds and roast for 3 - 4 minutes.
2. Add 2 tablespoons cashews, 2 tablespoons pistachios, 1/8 teaspoon saffron, 2 pods green cardamom and roast for 2 minutes.
3. Remove it from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
4. Transfer, this into a blender, add 1/8 teaspoon turmeric, 50 grams sugar and blend it well.
5. In a serving glass, add 2 tablespoons blended powder, 300 milliliters hot milk and stir well.
6. Garnish with almonds and saffron.
7. Serve.
