In 2010, 11-year-old Daniel Yuval was visiting the Golan Heights with his family when he stepped on a anti-personnel mine left over from a bygone military conflict in the region. In this deeply personal talk, Daniel shares the story of how that decisive moment changes his life forever and compelled him to advocate on an international level for land mine removal in his home country or Israel and around the world. Today, Daniel lives in Ramat HaSharon, Israel with his family.
