Today we got to touring the Bu Etik Rempeyek Kacang Factory in Imogiri, Yogyakarta.
Rempeyek or peyek is a salty deep-fried Javanese cracker usually made from usually rice flour with other ingredients added such as peanuts, dried anchovies, small fresh shrimp, or dried shrimp. Today rempeyek is commonly found in Indonesia and Malaysia.
