Hi beautiful friends! During my time on Gili Air island, I had a really peaceful day cultivating as much mindfulness and joy as possible, and I hope that today's video can inspire you to do things everyday that tap you into inner peace, or even better, to be more conscious of your thoughts and actions throughout the day. While we can't control what happens externally to us, we can control how we react, and that is our gift. I also explored this cute and small island on a bike and was truly blown away by the scenery! If you are interested in visiting Bali, I highly recommend that you also take a fast boat to nearby Lombok and the Gili Islands :) Thank you for being here, I appreciate you all so much.
