My partridge pea patch gets bigger every year and the bumblebees don't seem to mind. Partridge pea is a pretty awesome native plant in the Midwest U.S. It's an annual, but it readily reseeds itself (the seedpods are pretty cool). Once they start blooming, little yellow flowers open that have to be buzz-pollinated). I have other videos with sound so you can hear that, but this one just gives a better idea of the number of bees.
