We've just returned from a mission to Queensland where we took possession of our new Expedition rig - which will facilitate many an adventure.

The platform we chose was the GAZ Trackmaster - a 4x4 truck with all the bells and whistles including CTI (Central Tyre Inflation) and front and rear differential locks.

Australian Adventure Vehicles : [ Ссылка ] imported this truck into the country and customised it for our conditions. Importation has of this particular truck has been put on hold due to trad sanctions imposed on RU imports. AAV offers other truck platforms for Expedition vehicles, such as Isuzu, Fuso and Hino.

Our Trayon 2100 slide on camper is a big step-up in comfort for our adventures. We typically swag out of a GU Patrol; the Trayon gives us diesel hot water / diesel heating / shower / kitchen / comfy bed etc etc. We're very impressed by our Trayon unit, they are a 100% Aussie made outfit and have been producing campers for about 30 years. The 2100 unit we have fitted to the GAZ is the largest unit available; but they have many options to suit single cab, dual cab and extra cab utes. Visit their site here : [ Ссылка ]
