We attended a cooking class at a farmhouse in Tuscany. The day started with a walking tour of Florence city where we bought our ingredients for the class. We then made our way to the Tuscan countryside and cooked the most delicious menu comprising bruschetta, pizza, home-made egg pasta with ragu, Tuscan roast pork with potatoes, amaretto gelato, and tiramisù. This was one of our favourite experiences in Italy and we wanted to share it with you. Buon appetito!
