Some things demand a sequel, but in the unique case of Adam Fox, nothing less than a franchise will do.

Fresh off a Norris win as the league’s best defenseman, Adam Fox propelled his game to new heights in the 2021-22 season, his 3rd in the NHL. His shot—especially on the backhand—improved dramatically. He became even more mobile in all three zones, his skating and endurance improved, and he added a new level of intensity to his game.
Don’t be hornswoggled by those claiming that his play didn’t quite reach the Norris-level of his sophomore season. Beware of these people; they are rogues and not to be trusted.
He did take more chances and stress-tested his game, which naturally led to a few more turnovers early in the season, but it also led his team deep into the playoffs, coming just two games shy of reaching the Stanley Cup finals.
Going into the 2022-23 season, all appearances indicate that he’s taken more steps forward, and looks poised to increase his role as a goal scorer. His forehand shot, once the weakest aspect of his game, now looks elite. If he can score 20 goals—and he CAN score 20 goals—don’t be surprised to see him pop up once again during awards season to take what’s rightfully his.
He's the smartest defenseman in living memory, the most unique player in the game, and the raison d'etre of Hockey Truffles. Ladies and gentleman, Adam Fox.
