Williamthorpe is one of the biggest angling clubs in the Chesterfield and surrounding areas covering 7 lakes, a huge catalogue of members and an impressive reputation.
From massive Carp, to high teen Bream and a near Record Pike capture, this club has it all. Pond 2 here at Williamthorpe is what I’d call the club’s King Pin Fishery. The big ones are in here!
Don’t get bogged down too much with all the fishing that’s on offer, because the prices are some of the most angler friendly around especially with what you get for your money.
Bad points:
Safety Rings and a few Danger Deep Water signs at the entrances. Minimum some safety signs. Other than that it’s a stunning little venue.
