400 grms chicken gizzard pre boiled ( finely diced)
300 grms chicken heart pre boiled (finely diced)
200 chicken liver pre boiled ( finely diced)
2 tbsp oil
5 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 big tomato
6 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
5 bay leaves
blackpepper
2 tbsp annatto oil
1 cup water
3 thai red chilis
1 big carrots (finely diced)
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium red bell pepper
salt and pepper
