What's going on peeps! Today's Custom Build features 2 of our favorite Tilt Riders Zack Rowan and Delaney Ball! We teamed up with Outset and Tilt to throw a scooter event like no other. Dusk Tilt Dawn is a all night street jam in the heart of Downtown LA, and we couldn't be more excited to base this build all around it. So with all the being said, sit back and enjoy while Zack and Delaney build up this Custom using a 1 of 1 hand painted Tilt deck!
