How to Put a Logo on an Envelope in Word
If you've ever admired those snazzy logos on big company letters and wondered, 'How can I do that?' then in this video, we're going to walk you through the simple steps of adding your own logo to your envelopes using Microsoft Word.
Let's jump right in and make your envelopes stand out from the rest!
1. Open a blank document in your Microsoft Word.
2. Click on the Mailing menu tab at the top.
3. In the Mailings ribbon, click on the Envelopes option at the left.
4. In the first box, write your delivery address, and write the Return address in the second box.
5. Click on the Add to Document button.
6. If you want to save the return address then click on the Yes button else click on the No button.
7. The envelope-size document will be created.
8. At the top right, click on the left side of your return address.
9. Click on the Insert menu tab, and then click on the Picture icon.
10. Select your logo image from your computer.
11. For demo purposes, I selected this image and then clicked on the Insert button.
12. Resize the Logo image that you want to print on your envelope.
13. Be sure that your logo image is selected and the Format menu tab is opened at the top.
14. Click on the Wrap Text option, and select Square from the list.
15. Click on the File menu tab, and then click on the Save As menu.
16. Give a file name to your envelope document, and press the Enter key on your keyboard to save it.
