Diane Foley, mother of James Foley, an American journalist beheaded by ISIS, confronts one of his killers and details her experience in a new book entitled ‘American Mother.’
The story begins in 2012, when James (nicknamed Jim) heads off to Syria as a freelance journalist to cover the ongoing civil war. He is later kidnapped, held and tortured for two years by several British members of ISIS who later behead him on camera.
