In this video you will learn how to recover an account with backup codes. If your organization uses 2-Step Verification (2SV), administrators or users cannot sign in to their accounts if they lose access to their 2SV method, or they haven't set up 2SV. For example, if an administrator loses their security key, or a user doesn’t enroll in 2SV. You can get a backup code in the Google Admin console and send it to a user to sign in to their account.
