We`re changing the lens to improve the quality of the picture and to get rid of Fish-eye distortion of default lens.

Mijia already have a program correction of distortion, but in this case picture is clipped and you have lost some details on the picture because of the digital deformation.

Default lens of this camera is not very good quality and it works not so good with a backlight too. After replacing the lens, the image becomes much more contrasted and detailed.
Also you will able to adjust the focus from infinity to macro.
And with a default lens all objects closer than 1.5 meter will be defocused.

Pixaero lens shooting angle is about 80 degrees, that less than angle of default lens and it is very close to human vision.
