MARION (Chelsea Spears/Tom Bosco) -- A man is behind bars for torching three Marion homes early Tuesday after a neighborhood dispute.
Early Tuesday morning, 48-year-old Martin Keifer threw a molotov cocktail at the homes. He set three houses on fire, forcing 15 people out of their homes and giving one child second-degree burns to her feet.
Investigators say Keifer set the fires after getting into a fight with two juveniles who lived in one of those houses.
Mike Rolfes lived in one of the homes that was destroyed.
"If you're going to fight - fight. Whatever," Rolfes said. "But don't kill the neighbors and everybody around you. If you've got problems with them, deal with the people you've got problems with. Don't put innocent people in the way."
Investigators say they have video of Keifer buying gasoline at a nearby gas station just before he set the homes ablaze around 3 a.m.
Keifer faces three charges of aggravated arson. He will be in court Wednesday.
Keifer was charged with arson in 2011.
