Tory MP Tobias Ellwood has responded to the Westminster Accounts project - a joint venture by Sky News and Tortoise Media - which has shone a light on the way money and politics interact in the UK.

He spoke to Kay Burley, who pointed out he was "brave" being one of the few MPs to agree to talk about the Westminster Accounts.

Mr Ellwood said: "Ultimately, every MP needs to look at their own electorate in their own constituency in the eye and say that they justify, you know, what they've been earning."
