First of all, I want you to know
it’s not too late. Don't panic. Five years from the eligible quarter. So if you are eligible for quarter one of 2021, folks, you have five years
to do it. So, no rush. No rush, literally. And so you can always claim it. So that's why when
you claim it, we like to see people do a very thorough job. And instead of rushing it as if the money is no longer there, let’s rush through this,
like the RRF kind of way. No. ERC is not the same.
