- 1 potato
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- Bell pepper (red) to taste
- 3 eggs
- Spices: salt and black pepper
### Instructions
1. Prepare the Garlic: Slice the garlic cloves and sauté them in a pan with oil for about 1-2 minutes. Then, transfer them to a separate bowl.
2. Cook the Potato: Cut the potato into thin sticks and fry in the same pan. When the potatoes are about 90% cooked, add the diced onion, season with salt, and mix well.
3. Sauté Together: Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
4. Add Bell Pepper: Finely chop the bell pepper and add it to the pan. Cook for another 30 seconds, then turn off the heat.
5. Prepare the Eggs: In a bowl, crack 3 eggs and separate the yolks.
6. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked vegetables to the bowl with the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
7. Cook the Mixture: Pour the mixture back into the pan over low heat. Place the egg yolks in the center of the mixture.
