The Shoulder Bridge is a Pilates class staple. It helps improves posture, works your abs and glutes and teaches you how to stabilise your shoulders. This move has numerous variations, but they all start with the basic stance: lying on your back with the soles of your feet on the mat, knees bent and pelvis lifted.
