The battle may not technically begin until Monday. But Ed Miliband was hoping to get a head start today, as he launched Labour's election campaign. He's put the NHS at the top of the agenda, promising to stop what he called "the tide of privatisation". David Cameron was laying the foundations for his battle, by promoting the Tories' housing record.
