THE SUN HAS RETURNED!!!
So.....we head, excitedly, to our next destination!
Originally, we had planned to head for L 'ÎLE DE RÉ'- however, after speaking to fellow travellers returning from there....dodging 'hoardes' of people, we decide to give it a miss this trip, and check out 'L'ÎLE DE NOIRMOUTIER' instead.
It's a place we've never visited before, (but supposedly a mecca for cyclists), So we head over the bridge, to our next campsite for the next few days- 'CAMPING LES ROUSSIÈRES'. This is a 'NON- ACSI' campsite, but still has all the facilities you would expect, at an affordable price. With a walkable beach, and enough cycling to keep you occupied for weeks...we loved it, and would gladly visit again!
