Practice, practice, practice.... in this week's Vlog I take you with me to a foil training day at a spot called Ratzeburger See. It's a Lake about 1-hour drive from where I live in Hamburg. Conditions for practising foiling are perfect. Gusty, shifty winds with pretty flat water, this day was actually particularly gusty with strength shifts of 5-20 knots!
