Hi guys! Welcome episode 151 of Learn That Solo! Today we’ll look at the second solo in heart wrenching ballad of win: ‘Angel Of Mercy’ by Black Label Society.

I love this solo. It has a really ‘Stairway’ vibe but it’s way more technical. Zakk is still the king and we must all respect that. Be well versed in pentatonics and a little wah whilst playing it will get you closer to more of Zakk’s authentic sound.
