500 gr sheqer ose 2 gota
Shtypim me sheqerin si ne video
400 ml konjak ose (verë ose raki ose vodka ) çfarë tju pëlqej
Vendoseni në zjarr derisa të shkrihet sheqeri
600 ml raki ose (verë te bardhë ose vodka) çfarë tju pëlqej

The zest of 5 Oranges or 3 tbsp
500g sugar or 2 cups of 250ml
Press with the sugar as in the video
400ml cognac or (wine or vodka or tsipouro)
Put on the fire until the sugar melts
600ml tsipouro (or white wine or vodka )what you like
