KAJU KATLI
Ingredients
2 cups Pro V Select Whole Natural Cashew
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp liquid glucose
Silver varq for garnish
Method
1. Take a grinder jar. Add Pro V Select Whole Natural Cashew and grind to fine powder.
2. Heat a nonstick pan. Add sugar, ½ cup water and milk. Discard the scum.
3. Cook till the syrup reaches multistring consistency.
4. Add liquid glucose and mix well. Add cashew powder and mix well.
5. Transfer the mixture in a parat. Mix well to knead to soft dough.
6. Transfer the mixture in greased mithai tray. Flatten with the help of a rolling pin.
7. Garnish with silver varq and set aside for 30-40 minutes.
