OXE Diesel's newest engine, the OXE300 makes crash stop after crash stop. All OXE Diesel outboards feature a unique, heavy-duty design gearbox placed over the waterline. The positioning allows space for two hydraulically operated multi-plate clutch packages which provides the OXE Diesel with low speed and trolling functionality and makes it protected from damages when grounding. This feature is especially useful from a safety aspect, and to be used in an emergency.
Why is this feature so important?
The OXE Diesel is designed to be safe in any environment. Robust design, low-speed control and a quick-shift capability lead to safe operations under adverse conditions. Diesel is a more available and a less flammable fuel than gasoline, therefore, it is much safer to work with than gasoline within all working environments.

About the OXE300:
The OXE300 is a BI-turbo configuration that provides its full 680Nm of torque at the crankshaft already at 1750rpm, at 1000rpm the engine provides over 500Nm at the crankshaft. These are torque numbers that are previously unheard of in the outboard industry and that provides end-user massive bollard pulling power as well as fast whole shot acceleration.
