Here's a eurospy flick for you spy geeks out there--1968's "Ragan," aka Devil's Angels, presented in all of its washed-out VHS glory. Ty Hardin stars as Ragan, a former military pilot who gets mixed up in a plot to rescue a diplomat of a banana republic-style country. Hardin's tough guy acting is in full swing, and he has gorgeous female co-stars and plenty of action to mix things up.
