From related families to work families, we can support the creation of a culture of caring---environments in which we feel safe and happy. Creating a culture of caring is equally as important for parents that want to raise children who grow up to be good citizens as to foster that same culture of caring in our workplaces. In this short talk, bestselling author and executive coach Joyce Gioia will share what leaders must do to create a culture of caring from their personal interactions to the global strategies they implement, because all of their caring actions will contribute to their winning cultures and to their bottom lines. As a Strategic Business Futurist, Joyce concentrates on relationship aspects of the future. This arena includes workforce and workplace trends, as well as consumer, education, and business-to-business trends. Joyce helps clients position themselves for success in the future. Joyce has served clients on six continents and in 43 states.
